We recommend clients booking 3-6 months in advance to secure their preferred date and time. Our books are open for the remainder of the calendar year and the next and we do have some clients that book well in advance so the earlier the better.
Our host oversees and runs the party in our 1 hour and 2 hour packages, leaving the characters available to interact with the children as they are engaging with the activities. Everything will be focused and themed around the character's story and they will continually interact throughout the party.

We process all our payments through PayPal invoicing and do not take payments in cash. These invoices can be paid using any bank card or a PayPal account balance. You will need to pay a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the remainder being due one week before your party date.
We recommend 25 participating children in our pre-made party packages, with an absolute maximum of 30 children. We cannot go above this number for insurance purposes.
For pamper and build a bear parties we recommend 10-15 children as a maximum, as we need a smaller adult to child ratio.
Absolutely! Whilst we use our characters story to lead the entertainment all the games we use are traditional party games and are well loved by boys and girls of all ages!
All our parties over 1 hour come with a party host included as part of the package. Hosts are responsible for setting up equipment, organising games and activities, changing music and making sure our characters and the children are safe. This enables your characters to keep it magical and spend as much time engaging with the children as possible.
Our parties do require a large space, if that's something you cannot provide at home we recommend you book a venue. We have done parties in all sorts of locations! Village halls, schools, restaurants, tea rooms and many more. We can recommend local venues to you that might suit what you need! Please ask if you need some help.
We usually arrive at bookings of one hour or two hours, fifteen to twenty minutes before the booking start time. With shorter booking we usually aim to arrive five to ten minutes before. We usually require around fifteen minutes to pack away our equipment at the end of the party.
Our 2 hour bookings do include time for a food and drink break of about 15 minutes. We use this time to do the birthday cake, provide festival style glitter and have character meet and greets as well. We recommend having this break right in the middle of your party booking.
Yes they can! However we need to take safety into consideration and any characters with very long hair or hair down hairstyles may be unable to carry a lit cake. Also if the birthday cake is very large or heavy our characters will be unable to carry the cake and it may need to be positioned on a cake table. We recommend instead having the cake on a cake table and getting the children to gather around it.
We cover a 15 mile radius of GU1 (Our Surrey base) and a 15 mile radius of PO8 (Our Hampshire base) included in your booking. If your booking is outside of that radius that's OK we will still come to you if you are in Surrey, Hampshire, West Sussex, Greater London and even some Central London addresses this will be subject to a Mileage charge of 0.45p a mile for every additional mile we are required to travel.
